Accelerated Management Program Overview
As an MBA on the Accelerated Management Program career path at Lilly, you will be expected to own a piece of the business and manage people and decision-making associated with it. Your work will require cross-functional exposure, and your assignments as well as development will be overseen by executive leadership given the promise we see in future with the company.

Responsibilities:
- Generating and executing strategic vision by analyzing current state of affairs/opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives and a path forward.
- Planning, monitoring, and evaluating business results.
- Creating plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
- Coaching and developing a team; delegating responsibilities and monitoring success
- Flexibility in role assignments. Entry roles will be complex and challenging in nature to accelerate your development. Examples of potential assignments could include but would not be limited to the following: Pricing, Reimbursement, and Access Strategy, US Marketing, District Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in an MBA program
- Graduation by August 2024
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience having direct oversight responsibilities for a business or part of a business
- Language fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
Desired Experience:
- At least 2 years' experience managing direct reports
- Demonstrated deep business acumen
- Desire to Lead in different situations and willingness to take on complex roles
- Willingness to move in/out of home function
