Location: The Internship has flexible job location requirements. The majority will remote with some travel required.
About the Role:
The Finance Transformation Program Analyst Intern, reporting to our Senior Manager of Finance Transformation, will collaborate with Transformation team members and Finance & Accounting leads to support delivery of process transformation initiatives and maintain line of sight to the overall health of their roadmaps.
What You'll Do:
We are seeking an individual with a proactive mindset who thrives in an innovative culture, ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real-time impact on a global scale. Following an engaging onboarding process, your responsibilities will include updating and maintaining various project artifacts and / or dashboards that illustrate key program health indicators.
Additionally, you will be tasked with developing ad-hoc reporting and reviewing key project deliverables to support both internal transformation team members and accounting teams. As a valuable member of our program management team, you will be responsible for preparing status decks, validating all information for discussion during core team and/or Steering Committee meetings, socializing timelines, and crafting presentation materials to help drive alignment among our stakeholders.
What You'll Need:

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 - June 2025.
• Familiarity with standard portfolio / program / project management tools and methods.
• Exposure to corporate accounting processes (Q2C, P2P, R2R, H2R, and/or specialized finance) and methodologies.
• Ability to lead data-driven projects and communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner.
• Great communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
