Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Responsibilities

  • Successfully implement and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure flawless production.
  • Strictly adhere to safety and quality protocols to compete in an ambitious industry.
  • Identify areas for improvement and proactively propose solutions to improve production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure efficient functionality.
  • Document and report any discrepancies or issues encountered during production.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing role, ideally within a highly regulated environment.
  • Outstanding technical skills, with the ability to operate and maintain complex machinery.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of successfully implementing solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and inclusive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
