This individual will report to the Go-To-Market (GTM) Leader for Managed IT Services (MITS) as a key member of the team responsible for developing compelling managed services products/services, marketing strategies and content, and training/awareness programming.

We are seeking an individual with the following skills and experience:

  • A product or service manager role at a technology or technology consulting company.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience leading live and online training sessions to technical and sales audiences
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Experience creating custom training content including screen recording and video editing.
  • Experience working with marketing on thought leadership and sales assets including digital.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide national sales pursuit support including approach, pricing, references, proposal materials, and compliance guidance.
  • Regular product training for various internal and external constituents. Attend annual RSM Consulting conferences to deliver product announcements and specialized training.
  • Coordinate with marketing and practice leadership on planning and execution of marketing campaigns including the maintenance of digital/web presence.
  • Maintain library of product and sales content including placemats, data sheets, case studies, qualification lists, pricing calculators, proposal templates, and facts and figures.
  • Annual growth planning and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with the international RSM network to bring meld global capabilities and connect RSM staff to overseas resources.
  • Assess customer experience through formal and informal client research and survey data and incorporate feedback into product development lifecycle.
  • Attend industry conferences to learn about trends and new technologies. Capture competitive insights including positioning and pricing.

Compensation Range: $129,200 - $275,500
