Experience Product Management

The MD, Shared Experience Product Management Leader role orchestrates experience requirements (current and target state) and seamless integration for TIAA shared sub-products and platforms supporting all clients. This job is responsible for establishing and implementing strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) impact on business results.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for championing the client experience across shared sub-products and platforms supporting all clients.
• Leads the digital product lifecycle for assigned sub-products and platform.
• Drives feature/capability roadmap development and enterprise prioritization in support of experience needs across all client types.
• Ensures integration of digital and non-digital experiences across ecosystem by partnering with Experience Design.
• Diagnoses friction in experiences and prioritizes/drives ongoing enhancements through partnerships.
• Leverages Voice of the Customer (VoC) & customer immersion to develop experimentation hypotheses and Iterative Product Discovery practices.

Base Pay Range: $181,000/yr. - $301,600/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
