Job Description

Torch Technologies is seeking a Scenario Designer to join an established team responsible for Missile Defense System (MDS) Ground Test (GT) scenario design and planning for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Ideally, a highly qualified candidate will have knowledge of the MDS and associated adversaries, be able to analyze requirements and constraints for GT scenario designs, possess the desire and capability to utilize existing team developed tools, and quickly learn processes and procedures for GT design. This candidate loves to put puzzles together, analyze everything, continually learn, innovate, and generate quality products.

Job Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Physics, or similar technical discipline

• 8 years of experience in system analysis, characterization of MDS components (e.g., GMD, THAAD, Aegis, Patriot, CD, UEWR, SBX, TPY-2, LRDR, etc.) to include weapon system and/or radar analysis experience, or threat systems

• Excellent presentation and communications skills

• Highly motivated and committed to completing tasks with excellence and within deadlines

• Be able to effectively work within a fast-paced collaborative environment

• Active SECRET clearance.

Desired Capabilities:

• SQL, Tableau experience, Scripting
