Torch Technologies is currently seeking atest analyst to perform in depth, detailed system performance and interoperability analyses of system wide flight test, ground test, and other simulation based testing of the Missile Defense System (MDS) in support of the MDA Test Analysis and Reporting activity. The candidate will perform this analytical support for all phases of system-level test events including pre-mission predictive analysis, on-site quick-look analysis, and post-mission detailed analysis phases of the test process. The candidate will use existing and off-the-shelf tools to process multiple data sources to analyze and visualize MDS performance. Reporting activities can include the generation and presentation of test analysis planning documentation, test readiness briefs, quick look reports and briefs, and detailed analysis reports and briefs.

Job Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical discipline
• 10years of experience performing analysis of large data sets
• Some experience analyzing missile defense (Link-16, Aegis, THAAD, GMD, C2BMC, Overhead Sensors, and/or Patriot) is desired
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets using SQL or Python
• Curiosity for knowledge and understanding, self-initiative, leadership, and customer interface skills are essential
• Ability to clearly express ideas/concepts, perform as part of a team, and be capable of operating in a multi-tasking environment
• A minimum Secret level security clearance to access classified information
