Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional MDM Data Administrator to join our TEAM! As the MDM Data Administrator, we need someone who is responsible for coordination and tracking of the company's efforts to efficiently resolve data within the PIM and SAP systems.

Primary Objective

Lead the creation and execution of MDM (PIM) processes, process improvements, and compliance of processes and data integrity. Implement and maintain internal controls. Interact and participate with all business.

Major Function and Scope

  • Manages service requests for data, engaging departments as needed to research, provide solutions, and ultimately resolve the service request(s)
  • Receives and performs triage of issues reported to the MDM department from the websites, sales, and other internal personnel
  • Logs and routes service requests to the proper authority within the company
  • Monitors progress of service requests toward a resolution
  • Coordinates within the MDM department to ensure effective implementation of initiatives
  • Assists with reporting on Key Performance Indicators
  • Maintains a schedule of activities
  • Proposes productivity and process improvement/innovation relating to data issues
  • Manage resources to ensure knowledge, exposure, and contribution are optimized
  • Plans, deploys, monitors and takes action to resolve data quality issues
  • Lead and guide development and maintenance of all system applications
  • Innovate, construct and enforce Data Management standards across all system implementations
  • Coordinate high visibility projects/initiatives as needed
  • Ensure proper change management processes are followed in a compliance environment by documenting and validating data flows
  • Establishes level of service standards and operating procedures for overall system availability and individual system components
  • Supports and manages change efforts, innovative approaches in problem solving, plans direction for work group to tie in with organizational goals
  • Other duties as required

Experience and Knowledge Required

  • Requires Associates degree in Business field or 2 years' equivalent Data Management experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and tracking tools

Must be a self-starter who can work with little supervision and/or direction
