MDM Specialist

• Responsible for accurate data entry and validation in master data-related objects (specifically on Product Life Cycle Category)
• Interacts with global organization relative to master data
• Support and execute revised and recommended processes and procedures to achieve continuous improvement
• Support implementation teams for changes in business structures
• Basic understanding of integration, data migration, business processes, and interfaces
• Able to provide technical support in other master data entities within the MDM team
• Maintain tracking and issue logs

The incumbent must have the following:

• Knowledge of supply chain concepts, service delivery, and process improvement methodologies
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High computer literacy, preferably with a programming background
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledgeable in paperless document control systems

Work Experience:

• Experience in document control and product data maintenance. 
• Experience in coordinating/managing projects
• Expertise and working knowledge in database management and data analysis
• Previous exposure to a multicultural environment is a plus
• Experience in supporting Quality standards

Education/Field of Study

• Graduate of Engineering, Computer, or a business course

Knowledge of specific tools

• PLM (Enovia) system knowledge is an advantage
