Description and Requirements

Job Description：

I). Strategy Projects Developer

1.Capable to translate business needs into a program development plan.

2.Develop and modeling the business data into program, i.e., global capacity platform, to automatic connect the sites' data and do analysis as request.

3.Take ownership and drive task end-to-end execution plan, assist in analyzing overall business cases.

II). Industry Intelligence and Business Analysis

1.Participate in the mobile business intelligence collections and analysis to deliver the valuable insights/ideas for business/process improvements.

2.Can independently generate the business data analysis with clear actions/plans follow up. Master at program language, i.e., python, and data presentation capability, i.e., PBI dashboards.

3.Build up the network and relationships with external stakeholders & consultants to set up the Supply Chain benchmark and identify the best practices for mobile business.

Job Requirement：
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Programming capability and experience, like Python. Can define the business demand document or build module/apps to crawl data from internal platform as specified.
3. Expertise of quantitative skills such as statistics and data analysis. Power BI or Tableau skill is a plus.
4. Supply chain knowledge. Production and capacity planning is a plus.
5. Effective communication both in Mandarin and English, and can take English as work language.
6. With positive working attitude and be able to work under pressure.
