This role supports Kitchen program profitability through accurate measurement of Kitchen product installation and product shipment verification, while ensuring that the program maintains cost effective sales support. The incumbent will also visit job sites to ensure an exceptional installation experience. The role has no direct reports but is part of a team of professionals that is focused on delighting customers.

Essential Functions

• Ensures that all sold jobs, in the assigned market, are measured in a timely manner and are without error. Completes and submits all related paperwork within a forty-eight-hour period.
• Confirms and verifies that product shipments are complete and without damage prior to installation.
• Addresses any issues that emerge during the inspection and review process.
• Communicates with customers in a timely, solution focused way so that expectations are always managed.
• Conducts job site visits when needed. Manages any related issues and handles all communication.
• Collaborates with others to ensure customer satisfaction. Engages partners from other parts of the business as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• High school or equivalent

Preferred

• Kitchen design and/or construction trades experience

Physical Requirements

• Activities associated with measuring – standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching above and below.
• Lifting up to fifty pounds
• Sitting at a desk, in front of a computer
• Driving
