Measurement and Reporting Architect Manager

Job Description:

• Establish and nurture rapport with clients that is conducive to a long-term business relationship

• Ability to drive revenue and cost optimization through WFM staffing / planning strategy, execution, reporting and governance
• Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects within time, technical and resource constraints

• Formulate and support execution of end to end staffing, reporting, automations and service management strategy
• Provide written documentation to appropriate team members and client addressing each facet of implementation for every project, to include an overall rollout plan, timelines, and project assignments

• Ensure database and data visualization are available timely, are accurate and use latest technology available

• Provide advanced problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation to clients
• Help build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
• Manage performance of assigned functional areas and personnel through metrics that address
quantitative, qualitative, and fiscal key performance indicators (KPI’s) as well as personnel productivity
• Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support business growth prospecting activities including participation in sales activities
• Continually offer input to innovate processes, systems, organization and culture
