WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEĀ
- Innovative Pool Tech Advancements: Lead the charge in developing groundbreaking technologies and products, fostering innovation in the in-ground pool equipment sector with a keen focus on customer collaboration and impact assessment.
- Strategic Supplier Partnerships: Collaborate closely with suppliers, navigating and resolving engineering challenges in this dynamic market, emphasizing teamwork and fulfillment of personal commitments to meet team targets.
- Precision Testing and Documentation: Develop and execute thorough test plans, documenting engineering changes with precision to ensure the reliability of cutting-edge pool equipment, demonstrating excellence and a commitment to results-driven innovation.
- Advanced Design Expertise: Utilize SolidWorks CAD software, FEA tools, and prototypes to design and analyze components, pushing the boundaries of engineering excellence in the in-ground pool context, demonstrating independent creative ability.
- End-to-End Pool Product Development: Take ownership of designing, managing, and testing new in-ground pool products, parts, and assemblies, bringing innovation to poolside experiences with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Sustaining Excellence in Pool Tech: Contribute to initiatives enhancing existing in-ground pool designs, elevating product performance, and ensuring lasting reliability through a willingness to learn, adapt, and accept quick failure.

WHAT WE SEEK
- Proven Track Record: Showcase a minimum of five years of hands-on expertise in project and/or mechanical engineering, substantiating adeptness in overcoming technical challenges and achieving objectives with a commitment to honesty, trust, and proactive communication.
- Tech Proficiency in Design: Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical design using SolidWorks CAD software, showcasing a passion for creating the perfect pool and spa experience for our customers through a blend of technical mastery and innovative thinking.
- Hydraulics Know-How: Familiarity with hydraulics, motors, pumps, and water filtration in the context of pool equipment is a significant advantage.
- Electrical Acumen: Experience with electrical and electronic systems, along with knowledge of electronic components, motors, electrical hardware, assemblies, etc., is a plus.
- Global Collaboration: Willingness and experience in domestic and international travel for supplier collaboration or on-site installations in the in-ground pool market, emphasizing versatility as a team player and effective communication tailored for the in-ground pool equipment market.

EDUCATION
- Bachelorās Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

ExpectedĀ salaryĀ range is $100,000 - $130,000.Ā FluidraĀ offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes baseĀ salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching,Ā paidĀ vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actualĀ salaryĀ offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications,Ā experienceĀ and location.
