Mechanical & Plumbing Designer

We are adding a Mechanical and Plumbing Designer to assist in developing building mechanical/plumbing system designs. Our company works on a wide variety of projects (commercial, hotel and hospitality, industrial, parks and recreation, retail, restaurants, custom residential and multi-family construction), so you will have the chance to enjoy diverse tasks and broaden your professional experience. Responsibilities: • Providing mechanical/plumbing design on our projects specific to the scope of work in accordance with current code requirements and engineering principles. • Assisting in the production of construction documents for new and renovations to existing buildings. • Maintaining project scheduled deliverables, manage time and providing coordination with other disciplines. • Assist in the management of client relationships. • Work etfectively and contribute to a great working team environment with co-workers, associates and colleagues.
