Your Responsibilities

• Application of the physical electrical system components, development of the feature requirements for the functional systems of highly complex systems, foundational development of infrastructure, development and application of sensor systems, and design of complex control systems required for automation and autonomy.
• Produce and/or evaluates and/or implements possible design solutions to improve cost, quality and performance based on specialized knowledge of engineering applications. This includes involvement of other functional engineers, supply management and/or supplier personnel.
• Work with design, validation, and partners to develop virtual verification plans
• Analyze data collected during tests and provide insights from that data.

What Skills You Need

• Experience using 3D CAD tools and schematic software
• Knowledge of general product development processes
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse cultures, interpersonal styles, abilities, motivations, and backgrounds;
• Ability to problem solve and drive resolution
• Willing and able to travel up to 10%

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience in the areas of vehicle electrical system design, integration, and/or testing experience
• Agriculture or other off-highway vehicle development experience
• Experience reviewing or authoring electrical system functional and/or component requirements
• Experience with systems engineering practices
• Experience in control system design

Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Technology
