The team members who are successful in the role are passionate about data, analytics and technology and have good problem solving skills with great attention to detail. Key skills required for this role include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics: Strong quantitative and research skills with proven ability to demonstrate data collecting, analyzing and interpretation across traditional and digital channels - TV, Programmatic, Social etc.
- Experience developing reporting and advancing data visualization capabilities using tools such as Datorama, Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.
- Proficiency in analysis using digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics Premium, etc.) as well as across multiple marketing data sources (e.g., campaign data, advertising data, audience data, social data, search data, etc.)
- Experience with client-facing projects ideally in consulting, agency or other business-related services
- Experience developing advanced analytics solutions like predictive modeling and attribution solutions using R, Python, Pyspark etc. Knowledge of efficient use of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure is a bonus
- Tagging deployment and management for digital analytics, paid media, and 3rd party applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Bonus points if:
- Experience with data engineering tools and processes (SQL, Airflow)
- Experience with CRM solutions like Salesforce marketing cloud, salesforce service cloud.

About the Job
GSD M Decision Science and Analytics team are looking for a Media Analytics Manager who is proficiently able to process large amounts of data from a variety of marketing and media data sources, generate actionable and performance driven insights and communicate effectively with the clients. Our clients span across diverse industries including CPG, Airforce, Airlines, Quick Service Restaurants and more.
There will never be a typical day at GSD M Decision Science and Analytics team, that's the part that makes it fun working here. Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Developing a holistic campaign measurement framework, cross-media attribution and implementing critical optimizations to drive positive campaign performance for our clients
- Developing Media measurement strategies and perform analysis for client reporting
- Performing assessments, developing strategies, and driving activation of multi-channel experiences using advanced media and audience analytics tools and methodologies.
- Analyzing, interpreting and visualizing complex data using advance analytics solutions to provide meaning and recommendations for media optimization
- Working collaboratively with internal disciplines like account, planning and strategy, mentor the Media analytics team and communicate effectively with the clients
