The Media Billing Specialist must be a numbers-centric accounting-minded person that enjoys dealing with and balancing invoicing in a very fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.  The specialist communicates with team members within the agency and with external media representatives by telephone and email to verify accuracy of invoices and reconcile discrepancies.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collect all dealership invoices and verify against agency placed media. This may include radio, television, cable, OOH (billboards) and OTT billing invoices against agency records.
• Troubleshoots and reconciles media billing discrepancies to agency records.
• Computer centric data entry working with Agency Dashboard, Microsoft One-Drive, Excel spreadsheets, Strata and numerical-financial information.
• Constant communication and follow up with internal media buyers and external media representatives.
• Handles collection & submission of agency coop for all auto brands.
• Troubleshoots any coop discrepancies.
• Attends staff meetings.

Position Requirements:

• 1+ years of work experience
• Experience with account support.
• Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Ability to maintain composure and function well under pressure.
• Take initiative & be organized.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to take direction well with ability to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Consistently show respect for colleagues at all levels to contribute to a positive work environment.
