Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:• College graduate• Strong background of work experience in an office environment that includes working with a large group of people• 5 years+ of full-time work experience• Extreme proficiency with Excel• Confidence in ability to learn new computer programs (Media Tools, DDS)• Professionalism and ability to work well with clients and team members• Flexible and able to handle rapid changes in data and deadlines• Likes fast-paced environment and handles resulting stress well

GSD M is seeking a Media Budget Coordinator.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Maintain budgets across six products and six advertising agencies• Consolidate weekly budgets across eight products and four advertising agencies• Work with client and internal director to maintain "Mega Bills" spreadsheet that tracks billing and spending for various products• Track product allocations for "Mega Bill" summary• Track planned versus billed activity• Coordinate AABA charts with Media Planners and reconcile with planned budgets
