In this role, you will take ownership of high-impact paid media campaigns across major advertising platforms, driving measurable growth and optimizing performance at scale. Accountabilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, ensuring strong ROI and performance outcomes
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Discover, etc.) while identifying growth opportunities through in-depth keyword, audience, and competitor research
  • Develop and test ad creatives, messaging, and landing page strategies using AI tools and data insights
  • Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and daily performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to drive continuous improvement
  • Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform advertising policies, particularly within sensitive or regulated industries
  • Conduct A/B testing and deliver performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and user experience
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge

  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
    • Hands-on experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
    • Familiarity with multi-channel advertising strategies, including Search, Display, and video campaigns
    • Experience running A/B tests and optimizing creatives, copy, and landing pages
    • Understanding of advertising compliance requirements, particularly in regulated or sensitive niches
    • Proficiency in using AI tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and performance
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
