We are on the hunt for a Paid Search Media Buyer with an analytical mindset and someone who thrives on driving client performance forward. We're looking for a candidate with Paid Search experience that wants to continue to further strengthen their skillset. If you consider yourself to be passionate about Paid Search, let's talk.This position is responsible for the development, implementation and stewardship of Paid Search media buys, ensuring they are executed accurately and efficiently.  These channels include but are not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Amazon, Pinterest, and YouTube. In addition, this individual is responsible for ensuring strong delivery upon campaign objectives for all clients.Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for campaign development, management and optimization within various platforms, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Amazon, Pinterest, etc.
  • Builds relationships and maintains ongoing communications with media representatives.
  • Supports team with key inputs and reporting for client discussions.
  • Designs optimal buys in terms of cost efficiency, forecasting, account segmentation, bid management, goal delivery and vendor agreements.
  • Keeps a pulse on all media buys and is ultimately responsible for the post-buy results and ongoing reporting.
  • Updates Supervisor on status of current accounts on an ongoing basis and elevates and issues in a timely manner.
  • Works through all campaign tracking set-up and implementation before launch of a campaign, with support from Ad Operations.
  • Helps inform the creation of all reporting dashboards and is integral in pulling insights and key performance for all client reporting meetings.  
  • Lead in collaboration with finance team members to resolve media billing issues.
  • Ensures strict adherence to client budgets while meeting client objectives.
  • Stays current on all media trends and opportunities in the industry.
  • Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of Paid Search Buying experience preferred
  • Knowledge and prior use of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Amazon
  • Strong organizational and mathematical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver work on-time for set deadlines
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with media reps
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Account Management, Finance and Project Management
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment, with outside media reps as well as with current clients
  • Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions
