Job Description

The salary range for this role is between $150,000 - 170,000

Reporting to our Managing Director, we've got an exciting opportunity for a Client Partner to join our team.

As a Media Client Partner, your primary responsibility will be to manage and build relationships with agency clients and partners by fostering an environment for delivering an efficient and creative product. You will oversee the smooth delivery of broad range of communication platforms and projects, while focusing on individual business acumen, mentorship and the growth assignments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead a team of account managers and overseeing their operations.
• Build a strong client relationship and grow agency value with the brand team, including the Marketing Director.
• Provide leadership on all creative development in multiple media forms, from concept to strategy to execution in partnership with a Planner and Creative Director and can convincingly communicate and negotiate on all of these areas with clients.
• Oversee the integrity of approved communication ideas are upheld as translated into multi-media channels including building relationships with the other external agencies.
• Resolve issues with a collaborative approach to build rapport and strengthen trust with client teams.
• Use skills to positively guide clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically.
• Ensure the completion of projects for clients on schedule and within an established budget.
• Oversee clients' annual budgets, identifying issues and trouble-shooting.
• Identify client needs and unique business opportunities.
• Promote the expansion of business with existing clients and working with other senior managers to generate new accounts.
• Provide feedback and counselling to account staff to help meet objectives and promote career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience working in an agency environment
• Collaborative and confident approach to digital marketing projects.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities with experience building long-term business relationships.
• Knowledge of processes and production for integrated campaigns including Websites, Online Media, and Social.
• Experience ensuring our retention of clientele and facilitating further growth with large accounts.
• Experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements.
• Experience with budgeting and progress reports.
• Understanding of various communication research approaches
