Media & Communication Manager (f/m/d)

We are seeking a creative and strategic Media Communication Manager to lead our online presence, brand initiatives and communication. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about mobile gaming, has a deep understanding of social media platforms, and possesses the ability to create and execute effective communication campaigns.

What you will do:

• Social Media Management:
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to each platform.
• Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, user feedback, and relevant conversations.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.




• Brand Management:
• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels
• Implement brand guidelines and ensure all content aligns with our brand identity.




• Community Engagement:
• Gather and analyze community and social media feedback to inform game development and marketing strategies.




• Content Creation and Marketing:
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content, including trailers, teasers, and promotional videos.
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and other channels.




• Internal and External Communication:
• Act as a liaison between the leadership team and other departments to ensure clear and consistent internal communication.
• Craft and distribute internal newsletters, updates, and announcements.
• Manage external communications with partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Develop press releases and other external communication materials.




• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media performance and brand sentiment using analytics tools.
• Generate regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform changes, and best practices.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in Media Communication, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (english), including internal and external communication.
• Proficiency in content creation tools.
• Experience with social media management toolsAnalytical skills and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming community.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
