Media Coordinator

The Media Coordinator will assist the Media Strategy Manager in managing EyeCare Partners’ digital and traditional media campaigns for Optometry and Ophthalmology. This role involves working closely with internal partners and media agencies to ensure all media is executed on time and within budget to maximize efficiency and patient growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure media plans (traditional and digital) are executed correctly, paying particular attention to market and channel to consistently adhere to EyeCare Partners brand standards
- Update the Marketing calendar weekly to ensure the team is updated in real time on creative changes, pilots in motion, budget details, and more
- Monitor/manage budgets and budget changes across regions and channels (TV, programmatic, social, search) to ensure proper implementation and pacing
- Organize creative distribution to agencies across multiple regions to ensure the right message is reaching the right audience at the right time
- Stay up-to-date on demographic changes and updates to our target audience(s) and what makes them unique to better understand shifts in media engagement to achieve maximum ROI
- Assist with campaign recaps, quarterly business reviews, and internal meetings to showcase performance, insights, and implications
- Engage in continuous education on the eye care industry and media landscape as both continue to evolve
- Oversee directory and billboard programs
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor degree required in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1 - 3 years of relevant marketing experience with an emphasis in digital marketing; internship experience within marketing will be considered as applicable experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data and budgets
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for marketing, culture, and business
- High energy, a curiosity for “what’s new” and “what could be”
- Ability to multitask, problem solve and be able to work independently while recognizing when to ask for help and educate oneself
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across levels of leadership
- MS Office experience required, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
