Position Overview
As the Media Coordinator, Social Media at TechnologyAdvice, you will be instrumental in facilitating the successful execution of our sponsored video series product across various teams within our portfolio. This pivotal role demands exceptional project management skills, effective communication abilities, and a sharp focus on detail. Working closely with the Senior Social Media Manager, you'll be at the forefront internally, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery of social media packages to our clients.
Additionally, you'll collaborate with other teams to guarantee transparent communication with clients throughout every phase of the process. Beyond your primary responsibilities, you will also play a flexible role within the social media team, stepping in where needed for tasks such as community engagement, influencer and podcast placements, email responses, reporting, and communication to stakeholders. This position calls for a logistical background, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to thrive within a dynamic team environment.

Working Hours: 9 pm to 6 am PHT (APR-OCT) or 10 pm to 7 am PHT (NOV-MAR)
What you'll do
- Coordinate Sponsored Video Series Projects: Collaborate closely with the Senior Social Media Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of sponsored video series projects. This involves overseeing all aspects of project management, from initial planning to final delivery.
- Serve as Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison internally for the sponsored video series product, maintaining clear communication channels and ensuring alignment across teams. You'll be responsible for facilitating seamless coordination and delivery of social media packages to our clients.
- Utilize Salesforce and Monday.com: Work within Salesforce and Monday.com to update campaign information, track progress, and manage project documentation. You'll ensure that all project-related data is accurately recorded and easily accessible for team members.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction: Work diligently to uphold high standards of client satisfaction by providing timely updates to internal teams, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Maintain Project Documentation: Keep detailed records of project-related information, updates, and communications in Salesforce and Monday.com. This will help track project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in team meetings and discussions to provide insights, identify areas for improvement, and contribute ideas for optimizing processes related to sponsored video series projects and other social media activities.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing. Use this knowledge to enhance the effectiveness of our sponsored video series product and other social media initiatives.
- Support Other Social Media Activities: Fill in as needed on various social media tasks within the team, including community engagement, responding to emails, generating reports, and communicating with stakeholders. Your flexibility and willingness to contribute to different areas of social media operations will be crucial in maintaining our team's efficiency.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in project management, operations or logistics roles, demonstrating the ability to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and ensure smooth logistical operations.
- Superior attention to detail and organization, with a results-driven mindset and a strong sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Monday.com, with hands-on experience in updating campaign information, tracking progress, and managing project documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, enabling clear and professional communication with internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and address challenges proactively.
- Continuous learning mindset, with a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Must have a working laptop/PC and internet connection, with a backup connection available.

Salary Range
TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.
Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Monthly Pay Range
₱30,000—₱40,000 PHP
