About the Role:
Fetch is currently looking for a Media Manager, Mobile User Acquisition, who will be responsible for execution and implementation of user acquisition campaigns for the Fetch app. Our ideal candidate is an analytical-minded candidate who has hands-on experience in paid social, paid search and/or programmatic platforms. We are also ideally looking for someone with experience in mobile app advertising. This person will report to the Senior Director of Paid Media.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day management and execution of Fetch’s biddable advertising (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, TikTok, DSPs)
- Build a deep understanding of the Fetch target consumer, and help identify emerging or new areas for growth in programmatic advertisingÂ
- Lead performance reporting for these channels, creating actionable insights and making adjustments & optimizations as needed that ladder up to those goals
- Daily optimizations to targeting, inventory, creative and bid strategies
- Monitor overall and channel-specific budget pacing and performanceÂ
- Crucial focus on the creative process, including quickly identifying asset needs, coordinating creative development process, creative QA, trafficking, launch and creative performance analysis
- Research and suggest new opportunities for testing across the media landscape
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years previous experience hands-on-keyboard with programmatic, paid social and paid search buying channels
- Managing monthly media campaigns in excess of $1MM+ per month
- Previous experience with mobile app marketingÂ
- Keen analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze and implement changes quickly based on data
- Proficient in Excel, familiarity with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP a mustÂ
- Working knowledge of AppsFlyer or similar MMP (Kochava, Adjust, Tune, Singular, etc)
- Experience relationship-building with key vendorsÂ
- Experience with Spanish language/multicultural marketing is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and comfortable working with many moving pieces of a project at once
- Able to juggle multiple projects at once and ensuring deadlines are met for all
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Lifelong learner who wants to learn and grow different skill sets in marketingÂ
