Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Marketing Strategy: Executes/implements the strategic marketing plan, taking into account awareness, conversion, acquisition and retention for acategory with low-to-moderate complexity. Represents the category when assisting with the development of organizational marketing strategies.Stays up-to-date on current trends impacting the category and adjusts plans accordingly.Research and Analysis: Reviews marketing campaign performance data to improve understanding of consumer habits within category and adjustscampaigns as needed. Manages marketing analysis of category KPIs, including brand and category deep dives, analysis of ad hoc initiatives or tests,keyword research, search query analysis, email marketing analysis and recurring sales reports for a low-to-moderately complex category. Makesrecommendations to marketing campaign leads for low-to-moderately complex category based on analytical findings.Campaign Implementation and Management: Manages all components of marketing strategy implementation for a low-to-moderately complexcategory to ensure that campaigns are executed on time and within budget. Manages functional teams (content, promotions, events and socialmedia) to ensure the completion of campaign objectives for a low-to-moderately complex category. Provides marketing subject matter expertise andadvice to category and site merchandising for a low-to-moderately complex category.Collaboration: Collaborates with cross-functional teams across the organization (e.g., Category Management, Supply Chain, Planning, SiteMerchandising, Customer Service, Analytics) to develop and implement marketing programs for a low-to-moderately complex category. Overseesfunctional teams (content and publishing, email marketing, brick and mortar shop marketing, brick and mortar and events, social media) to ensurecategory has the appropriate content, reviews and shop-ability features. Works with category managers to estimate market size and determine salestargets.People Development: Builds and leads a team to execute on business area or category objectives. Coaches team members and provide feedback toenhance skills, knowledge and work performance. Have performance and career development conversations. Maintains team motivation andengagement. Mentors Media Partnerships Specialists.Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders;supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability forand measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promotingcontinuous learning.Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; andensuring diversity awareness.Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity byimplementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executingbusiness processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $97,500.00-$162,500.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
