You are building your advertising career with 1-3 years of experience from another media agency, and you have had experience with both traditional (TV, Audio, Print, OOH) and digital (OLV, Social, CTV, OTT) media. You are passionate about creativity with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, demonstrated presentation & writing skills and an eagerness to take on new responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
The Media Planner will act as a steward of the entire communications planning process by executing plan changes/maintenance of media plans, developing and applying a working knowledge of basic media concepts, terminology, media math, and media plan execution.
- Manage day-to-day plan changes/maintenance of media plans
- Work directly with the Associate Media Planner in creating, updating, and presenting media plans
- Present plans and POV’s both internally and externally
- Develop strategically solid media recommendations with supporting rationale
- Assist in the analysis of research to develop the objectives, strategies, and tactics
- Lead weekly client status meetings
- Responsible for developing a working knowledge of media relevant to the client’s business including TV, print, digital, OOH, search, and radio
- Work with various agency partners (internal & external) to develop 360 cross channel marketing plans to meet client objectives
- Review industry trades for new sites, innovative and creative ad units and technologies, and competitive information
- Stay up to date with media landscape trends and their effect on media planning as a whole

The annual salary range for this role is $50,000-$60,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
