Who You Are:

You have some prior relevant full-time advertising and/or Media experience (2-3 years), with an understanding of media planning/buying duties and processes. Interested in pursuing an extended path - taking Media planning knowledge and help develop and maintain master Media project and Scope data base and reporting system/process.

You have strong organizational and communication skills, and a positive attitude with demonstrated presentation & writing skills, (Intermediate+ Excel and Power Point skills needed). Have an eagerness for problem solving, project management skills, and likes to take on new responsibilities and communicate with multiple Teams/partners to provide solutions. Technical skills including various media planning software such as MediaTools, Media Ocean (DDS), experience with media research programs (Nielsen, Comscore, Kantar, other).
What You’ll Do:  Including, but not limited to….

  • Assist in developing and maintaining Master Database of Media projects, Partnerships, Training resources, and Media Program metrics.
    • Communicate with Media and Agency contacts across multiple offices to develop/compile Media projects, training tools, and agency scope reporting. 
    • Work with Manager and agency teams to upload database info/reports into Agency docu-system/HUB
    • Interact with internal and external teams across several advertising disciplines including media, account, creative, billing, to maintain database for training resources, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist Manager and work with various departments to compile info needed for Agency + Nissan meetings and key reporting.
  • Work with Manager to develop, compile, and submit Partner contracts and billing needs to vendor and Nissan departments.
    • Assist manager with needed invoicing, work with vendors and billing teams to identify and help resolve issues.
  • Assist Manager with Regional Media “Toolkit” information, reporting, and assets.
  • Maintain library of research tools / resources for annual media planning, updating list periodically, and managing username / password conventions and vendor rep contact info for all tools (i.e. Nielsen, ComScore).
  • Media & market research for the development of media recommendations, and daily interaction with HQ Media and Tier 2 Field Teams with opportunity for limited client interaction.
  • Work with multiple teams to coordinate and compile info/reporting/assets for presentations and team distribution.
  • Assist media team with pulling key weekly/monthly data reports + presentations.
  • Coordinate with Business Leadership teams on creative asset needs/availability as they align to Media initiatives.
  • Assist Manager in compilation of assets and information for Regional Media group deals/partnerships. Develop database and post assets/info onto FTP site.
  • Develop functional understanding of Nissan Media initiatives, campaigns, and strategies- learning overall media metrics and KPIs

Given the nature of the Media/Partnerships team, and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to Nashville, TN, in the near future (first 60 days of employment).
