JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager will have two primary areas of focus:
1. For our casino properties, he/she will help business leaders across the country achieve key business objectives through the planning and execution of media plans. This role will create strategic media and marketing plans, based on an understanding of KPIs and consumer behaviors, and then oversee the planning and buying of a full media mix. Key collaborative partners include the regional marketing teams, the creative team, and other stakeholders across the company.
2. For Caesars Digital, the Manager will help create strategic media plans for their states / regions with specific focus on traditional awareness driving channels (TV, streaming video, Radio, Streaming Audio, OOH, OTT, CTV), partnering with the broader media team to ensure consistency across markets.

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Plan and buy media to support your region's KPIs (property occupancy, gaming, visitation, entertainment, and attractions goals) based on media math that directly links to business objectives.
  • Manage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver strategies and cohesive business solutions.
  • Ensure that internal and agency teams adhere to planning and buying best practices
  • Work with brand teams and creative department to define specs and ensure timely delivery of all creative materials.
  • Work with suppliers to approve creative materials and ensure all campaigns are fully compliant with supplier and regulatory guidelines all relevant geographies.
  • Access third-party resources (syndicated data, internal/external research) to uncover relevant insights that fuel plan development.
  • Build presentation materials, complete appropriate tracking spreadsheets and deliverables grids (specs/timelines) and enter data in relevant systems as required.
  • Provide weekly budget and tracking and monitoring reports to management on all active/pending campaigns
  • Identify and track issues and resolve/escalate as needed
  • Plan and implement media and activations directly with national networks, sports leagues, and other media properties
  • Manage and mentor junior member of the team; create performance plan, oversee media plans, and ensure high-standard of deliverables

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of proven Media Planning and/or Media Buying experience from an agency or B2C organization, hands-on experience with relevant Local and National TV, Radio, Print and OOH planning and execution
  • Experience managing complex, on-line/off-line marketing budgets and a firm understanding of offline media buying metrics (ROI, CPM, CPP, Reach/ Frequency)
  • Experience with media planning/buying systems & research tools, such as Google, Salesforce, comScore, Strata & Kantar
  • Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability; meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills: good business partner, creative problem solver, and able to clearly articulate complex issues to a wide array of internal stakeholders.
  • Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment. Ability to tackle complex regulatory challenges, adhere to strict deadlines and evolving priorities.
  • Action-oriented - ability to identify issues, anticipate consequences, and create solutions
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
  • Fast paced environment. Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to team member and guest problems, in a timely manner.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage several projects, and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Semi-regular attendance in the office
  • Travel to supported markets / properties at least once a quarter.
  • Respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Must have manual dexterity to operate all office equipment.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 10 pounds.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
