Medical Biller

Position : Medical Biller
Location : Remote - MUST LIVE IN COLORADO

Position Scope: The Medical Biller will be working both the billing and insurance collections side. They will ensure accurate information is on file, review demographics and modifiers, and submit claims to payors. The Medical Biller will also follow up with insurance on denials, and occasionally take calls from members to answer questions about bills or gather more information.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of medical billing or A/R experience, front-end particularly helpful
• Experience speaking with members over the phone about bills or to collect information
• Experience speaking with insurance payors to gather information on claim status.
