Medical Biller

CO Salary Range: USD 18.00 - 20.00 per hour

Position: Medical Billing Clerk
Pay Range: $18-$20
Location: Westminster, CO
Position Scope:

The Billing clerk is responsible for following up with insurance carriers on claims issues, working denied claims, and posting payments. They will work heavily with Colorado Medicaid and Medicare.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of medical coding and A/R experience from a primary care or internal med background.
• Strong understanding of CO Medicaid and Medicare guidelines
• Previous experience working with modifiers and adding to claims
