Position: Medical Billing Manager with RCM experience

• Full-time, 40 Hours/Week
• Salary: $6/hr
• Willing to work during EST Hours

Are you an experienced Medical Billing professional with a passion for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)? We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Billing Manager to join our team. As a Medical Billing Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the billing process and ensure maximum revenue collection while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. If you have a proven track record in medical billing and leadership skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the medical billing team, providing guidance and support
• Oversee the entire billing process, from charge capture to collections and appeals
• Implement strategies to optimize revenue collection and reduce billing errors
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance requirements
• Review and analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers and other relevant stakeholders
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to revenue and billing

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Medical Billing Manager, preferably with healthcare RCM experience
• In-depth knowledge of medical billing practices and procedures
• Strong understanding of clearinghouse process
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
