Medical Billing Specialist

We are looking for someone who has experience doing medical billing coding and A/R.

About Us:

We are a medical billing company that have built out our own in-house billing software. We currently do the billing for 30+ practices some of which have 50+ providers. The specialities of the practices we do the billing for are OB-GYN plastic surgery geriatric pediatric psychiatric remote patient monitoring (RPM) family practice amongst others.

Our primary billing office is located in Southern California (Westlake Village). Initially we will need the employee to commute to the office five days a week. After several months we can discuss a more hybrid schedule.

Required Experience:

• 1+ year of medical billing
• Familiar with different practice management tools and EHRs
• Comfortable answering patient questions and speaking to the providers
• Problem solve but also ask questions when you've hit a wall
• Able to commute to the office
• Adapt to new practice management and EHR softwares
