Job Title: Medical Call Center Representative – Billing & Collections Location:Dallas, TX (Relocating to Richardson, TX in Fall 2025) On-site | Full-Time | Direct Hire Pay Rate:$18/hour + monthly performance-based bonuses + full benefits Schedule:Monday–Friday,10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Overview: We are seekingCustomer Solutions Associateswithhealthcare call center experience, specifically handlinginbound or outbound patient callsrelated to billing, collections, and account support. If you’ve worked inpatient collections or healthcare customer service over the phone, we’d love to speak with you! Key Responsibilities: • Handlehigh-volume inbound and outbound callsfrom patients regarding medical bills, payment options, and account resolution • Assist patients withinsurance-related questions, billing disputes, and outstanding balances • Performtelephone-based collections, working with patients to establish payment plans and resolve account issues • Accurately document all call activity, outcomes, and next steps in the system • Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional tone on all patient interactions • Follow all HIPAA, FDCPA, and healthcare compliance standards • Meet individual performance goals related to call handling, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction Required Qualifications: • 1–2 years of call center experience in a healthcare setting(must includephone-based patient collections or billing support) • Ability to handleemotionally sensitive conversationswith professionalism • Familiarity with billing platforms, payer portals, or electronic health record systems preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required Additional Details: • Current office location: 75287 (North Dallas area) • Relocating to: Richardson, TX (75081) in Fall 2025 Why Join Us: • Stable, long-term opportunity in a growing organization • Comprehensive training and support • Health insurance, paid holidays, and vacation • Clear performance-based incentive plans Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Experience: • Call Center in a Healthcare setting: 1 year (Required) • medical collections: 1 year (Preferred) • Patient billing support: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Richardson, TX 75081 (Required) Work Location: In person
