Medical Director for PCP-Post Acute Care Program in a beautiful Charleston SC Senior Community

• Seeking a Board Certified Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician

• The physician is supported by two (2) full time APPs, Nursing, Medical Assistant and Roper St. Francis HealthCare.
• Four days in clinic; one Administrative day each week

This leader will work with the Bishop Gadsden Administration and Roper St. Francis Healthcare on our collaborative partnership to deliver excellent medical care to this community. Physician will maintain clinical work in an established RSF Ambulatory Primary Care Practice, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing facility with both short term rehab and long term care.
