As a Medical Outcomes Associate, you will have the opportunity to utilize your medical records and fertility industry expertise and knowledge, to confirm that members are receiving the best-in-class care through the extraction and review of medical outcomes data.
As a Medical Outcomes Associate, you will:
- Engage with clinic providers to obtain medical records while supporting Carrot’s ongoing relationships with clinics
- Contribute to improving existing processes based on the insights you gather from challenges you encounter
- Engage in a culture that values tracking, measurement, and analytics; learn new tools as needed to scale
- Review and extract complex medical record reports to obtain data supporting Carrot programs and member care
- Collaborate internally with colleagues and cross-functional teams on medical outcomes-related initiatives
The Team:
The team is composed of compassionate individuals with experience in the fertility healthcare industry who have specialized expertise in reproductive health related outcomes and are dedicated to helping Carrot members achieve their family forming goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in the medical field with experience related to:
- Reproductive health
- Collaborating and communicating with medical providers (fertility clinics specifically preferred)
- Working independently
- Reviewing and interpreting medical records
- Creating processes and implementing changes
- Strengths:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with productivity and day-to-day tools (Google Suite)
- Time management
- Relationship building and management
- Analytical and data driven
Preferred Qualifications:
- Awareness and understanding of reproductive and pregnancy care highly desirable
- Prior experience and comfort-level in working for a company with rapid growth
- Experience related to insurance is a bonus
- Experience with Jira and Zendesk is a plus
Compensation:
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position will range from $65,000 - $78,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
