Medico Laboral

Purpose Statement:  A site-level position, providing direct support to support the health of employees and direct support to drive all EHS initiatives as well.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Compliance with laws and regulations of the medical service.
• Medical examinations for occupationally exposed to risk agents at work.
• Updating and developing the medical department procedures.
• Employees’ medical care.
• Supervision of medical staff.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Doctor titled with professional identity card is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Two (2) years of related experience is required; Three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.

Other Qualifications:  

• Intermediate decision making and problem solving.
• Discretion and knowledge of policies of privacy.
• Ability and willingness to work in a matrix team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to facilitate and lead meetings.
• Computer skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.) and internet-based systems.
• General office equipment and materials.
