The Recruitment team is the hub for talent roles at Healthtech in Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH Systems along with our consulting practice and corporate functions. The MEDITECH North America Recruiter aids in the development by sourcing for talent, interviewing and guiding candidates through the hiring process. Working directly with the Manager, Talent & HR, this role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of MEDITECH Recruiting including, candidate evaluation, consultant supervision, and opportunity management. The ideal candidate will be able to think, act, and adapt with urgency in organizing and prioritizing communication between corporate teammates and consultants.

The MEDITECH Recruiter will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

Talent Partner
  • Conducting talent acquisition functions, including sourcing, resume review, and candidate screening to ensure candidates meet Healthtech hiring requirements.
  • Building and sustaining relationships with internal and external candidates (North America MEDITECH).
  • Identify future talent needs; proactively developing and implementing effective sourcing and recruitment strategies, including for key talent or hard-to-fill positions.
  • Actively participating as essential member of Talent Acquisition team, supporting efficiency and team goals.
  • Collaborating with the consulting practice team to determine the best candidates for openings and maintaining a "ready - now" talent pipeline.
  • Build credibility and trust with various internal and external constituents.
  • Work with all levels of management across all functional areas.
  • Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Aiding in creating team processes and assisting with process improvement.
  • Organizing and prioritizing large volumes of email, calls, and internal communications.
  • Creating, designing, and implementing appropriate tools and processes to monitor candidate relationships.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and meeting practice KPIs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Talent Acquisition best practices, current trends, and interpretations of related policies and procedures.
Practice Management
  • Work closely with stakeholders for our growing MEDITECH North America practice which includes members of our Healthtech/Canadian and Nordic/American sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice, including consultant supervision, and opportunity management.
  • Oversee opportunity management by collaborating with Healthtech and Nordic teammates to determine which candidates and employees are best suited for each opportunity.
  • Create and tailor resumes to highlight the fit of candidates and consultants for client opportunities.
  • Document, and adhere, to current processes and help evolve processes and tools as the practice grows.
  • Working with the team to utilize and maintain CRM information for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Managing key business relationships; partnering effectively with business leaders and account manager(s) to ensure business requirements and related recruitment needs are clearly understood and consistently met.
  • Completing contract renewal and resume update processes.
  • Working on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested.
Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years previous recruiting experience in MEDITECH or other EMRs/EHRs preferred
  • 5+ years' professional experience required; professional services or consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to connect with a wide range of new people and build quick rapport
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Strong organizational, analytical, planning and project management
  • Driven to move quickly and motivated to win
  • Able to balance urgent, short-term needs with strategic, long-term priorities
  • Adaptable and able to embrace the gray with a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated; action and result oriented capable of multitasking and driving multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting customer service commitments and project timelines
  • Ability to effectively monitor all tasks associated with candidate recruitment and selection at various stages of the process
  • Experience with Workday and NetSuite definitely a plus!

  • Seeking candidates within the USA and/or Canada
  • Occasional travel up to 10% of the time
