About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Med-Peds (Internal Medicine & Pediatrics) Physician to join a well-established, independent primary care group with a strong reputation in the North Carolina Triangle region. This is an excellent opportunity to build a robust outpatient practice caring for both adult and pediatric patients, supported by a loyal patient base and an experienced, collaborative clinical team.

Our group has proudly served Chatham, Wake, and Durham Counties since 2013, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals and families across the lifespan from two convenient Cary locations. The incoming physician will enjoy a collegial environment, strong operational support, and an outstanding work-life balance while practicing full-scope Med-Peds in an outpatient setting, including dermatologic and preventive services.

Position Highlights

• Established Practice: Immediate patient volume (~3 patients per hour)
• Flexible Scheduling: 30-36 hours per week
• Options include 5×6s, 4×8s, 3×10s, or 3×12s

You'll work alongside experienced physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, supported by an exceptional clinical and administrative staff that allows you to focus on patient care—not paperwork.
