Meeting Program Manager (Hybrid)
Full time, Cleveland, Ohio (Work from home 4 days a week, Report to client's office in Cleveland 1 day a week)
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the customers. You will provide active travel consultation and will work in an international setup. Join us in creating unique experiences.
As a Meeting Program Manager, you will
- Plan and manage meetings, conferences, and convention
- Schedule, prepare, and facilitate a weekly team meeting
- Manage day-to-day internal and client version program budgets
- Work with Account Executive or Account Manager to ensure a complete and professional presentation of final bill documents to the client
- Source destination, hotel, and venue options that meet clients' expectations
About you
- Experience in planning meetings, incentives, conventions, conferences, and/or special event
- Extensive client management and group travel experience
- Proficiency in database management
- Effective communication skills also in English
