Position at SBM Management

Responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the daily meetings, and performing various room setups according to the specifications provided in the work orders.

Responsibilities

• Provides a high quality of service to the customers.
• Reviews and completes work orders generated by the customer.
• Ensures rooms are operational by conducting daily and weekly checks.
• Assembles furniture such as tables and chairs according to the configuration of the floor plan/layout requested.
• Responsible for kick off meeting at client request.
• Helps set up, install, troubleshoot and maintain technology and equipment.
• Stores, maintains, and tracks equipment inventory.
• Keeps up with technology developments and makes recommendations for the use of new technology.
• Ensures new and existing technology is collaborative with the other tools used in the company.
• Monitors live feeds to ensure quality, diagnoses and resolves problems.
• Complies with company safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stops at risk behavior of others and self.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Engineering or relevant certification is a plus.
• 2 years relevant experience in Conference Operation, event delivery and in the area of audio/visual operations.
• Completed all safety and task training certifications.

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Shift: Day shift
