Position Overview

You will lead the housing management and coordination of two international incentive programs annually. You will ensure the attendees are recognized for their well-deserved awards. You will help work with our internal interested parties; Administrative Professionals, Executives, Procurement, Legal, and Risk, and our external interested parties; hotel and destination partners.

You will report to the Senior Director WW Sales Compensation and Acquisition.

You will be located in Boston. #LI-Hybrid/Remote

Responsibilities

  • Lead, track, and organize housing requests for each project to assist program manager with housing assignments and rooming lists
  • Help manage program budget
  • Contribute to program strategy, design, development, and implementation
  • Assist program manager with preparing a variety of presentations to support the program goals
  • Help with program websites, both internal and external, including content, structure, and posting
  • Help develop content on website; author, edit, and post content
  • Help coordinate external partners and internal employees
  • Coordinate all internal and external housing project communications
  • Work with program manager to jointly develop content to ensure detailed information is distributed to attendees
  • Help with coordination all administrative details of program events, including registration, logistics, housing, agenda, and timelines

Minimum Qualifications

  • You are an enthusiastic team player with at least five years of full time corporate, third-party meeting professional, or hotel sales experience
  • At least three years planning incentive programs
  • Must be an expert in sourcing all sizes and types of meetings
  • Must have knowledge of major AMER, APAC, EMEA and LATAM destinations, venues, suppliers and hotel contracting practices
  • You are a Team player
  • Demonstrate ability to be under tight deadline constraints
  • Experience supporting customer service issues to resolution
  • Professional, flexible personality, and enjoy working with people
  • Highest levels of integrity
  • Keep organized

  • Experience using Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word and PowerPoint

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $82,900 and $143,000. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
