Job Description
Responsibilities:

Update all customer-facing support messaging, including support bots, the Help Center, Scoring Chart, and resource articles for accuracy

Generate and refine copy in all customer-facing support messaging to present it to Members in a clear and concise manner

Identify and fill gaps in customer-facing support content

Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize bot flows, Help Center content, and copy
-
Collaborate with the analytics team to set up and monitor Help Center, Support Bot, and blog data
-
Create new how-to videos and resource articles to answer commonly asked Member questions

Update PrizePicks Promo Today on a daily basis to present promotional details in a clear and concise manner
-
Craft saved responses for support reps to use to answer trending questions

Proactively post statements to the Support Twitter to respond to major app issues
-
Create automated support emails and push notifications that trigger on various app events, such as deposit and withdrawal failures
Requirements:
-
1+ year of experience in copywriting or content marketing
-
Strong written communication skills
-
Highly motivated self-starter
-
Experience working in a digital customer service role is preferred

Experience in content or marketing automation is preferred

Passion for fantasy sports and gaming, strongly preferred

Data-driven and numbers-oriented
-
Remote optional, Atlanta preferred
