ABOUT THE ROLE:

At Current, data is at the core of everything we do. As a Senior Analyst in the Member Experience team you will lay the foundation for how we drive and measure our teams’ performance.  This includes work to both understand and measure KPIs, as well as at the ground level investigating past, current, and future member experience initiatives.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct in-depth analyses which illuminate opportunities to improve the member experience and deliver intelligent, efficient customer service.  Provide data-driven recommendations to maintain and improve team KPIs.
  • Own performance dashboards and alerting to help the Member Experience team understand the health of our KPIs
  • Develop frameworks and conduct analyses to inform the relationship between user experience and business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Member Experience strategy, operations, product, data science, and strategic finance teams to define customer-facing experiments, measure the impact on the business, and iterate on results
  • Assess the impact of new product features on member experience
  • Own the Member Experience data infrastructure and continually push for ways to improve our data integrity, availability, and richness

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 2-5 years as an individual contributor performing quantitative analysis, preferably for an internet or technology company
  • Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries
  • Experience designing experiments, preferably in a business context
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and the ability to rapidly understand the business and its drivers
  • Able to handle competing priorities and influence leadership decision-making
