Job Description

About Carrot:

Carrot Fertility is the leading global fertility care platform for women, who are often at the center of fertility care decisions and consequences. Trusted by hundreds of multinational employers, health plans, and health systems, Carrot's comprehensive clinical program delivers industry-leading cost savings for employers and award-winning experiences for millions of people worldwide. The Role:

We’re looking for a highly curious, analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented Member Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. Whether for a one-time transactional email send on behalf of a specific customer unique to the customer’s plan design, an email experiment on behalf of a growth marketer, or the launch of a new multi-language lifecycle campaign that includes both email and SMS triggered by an event, this person is responsible for end-to-end project management, QA, and rigorous data analysis that leads to the development and optimization of all email and SMS member-facing communications that guide a member through a journey to conversion. Candidates should have a basic understanding of the technical needs required to support the marketing operations team on flawlessly building and executing, proven experience proactively keeping stakeholders updated on lifecycle program and experiment performance, conducting scheduled and ad hoc performance data analysis and reporting on and implementing recommendations for optimization.

The Team:

We are a team of high performers who are ready and excited to meet the next person to join our bright, caring, and passionate growth and engagement team dedicated to ensuring employees are aware of their Carrot benefit and what it offers, how to enroll, and how to get the most out of the benefit. This role will report to Carrot’s Senior Director of Growth & Engagement, working closely with our tight-knit team of growth and enrollment marketers and collaborating cross-functionally with customer success, marketing operations, content, product design, and business intelligence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years experience in lifecycle marketing at a high-growth, enterprise company, preferably in the B2C  or B2B2C space but not required
  • Familiarity with systems like Braze, Iterable, or Blueshift and significant experience managing multi-language email and SMS lifecycle campaigns with increased complexity
  • You have natural leadership skills and experience as a successful project manager with an ability to work under the pressure of multiple projects
  • You always hit your deadlines, by prioritizing workload and risk assessment
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills that help you drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing operations, BI, content, product, customer success, and member success
  • You know the ins and outs of what makes a great email, SMS, push and in-product notification, and exercise patience and a positive attitude for getting to the best result across teams
  • Strong written communication and high-level editing skills with an eye for detail (to spot that typo, extra padding, or the missing pre-header text)
  • A pro at making strategic recommendations for getting the right message to the right employee/member at the right time, with great results - and have examples of demonstrated success
  • You are dedicated and energized to continue building your career in lifecycle marketing and advancing the discipline at Carrot as this is a specialized and focused role with a lot of opportunity to improve, create, build, and grow
  • You take responsibility for results, and share outcomes transparently with a test and learn mindset
  • Experience with Agile environments, experimentation, A/B testing, and leveraging data for decision making
  • You’ve owned engagement and/or revenue goals from lifecycle programs; you think strategically and execute methodically, with out-of-this-world attention to detail that continually raises the bar
  • Data and results-driven. You’re analytical, know where and how to apply statistical significance, and can succinctly and reliably communicate learnings to stakeholders to influence strategy
  • Must be able to thrive and succeed in a very fast-paced, fast-growing work environment and create, analyze, and optimize campaigns to meet goals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing end-to-end lifecycle communications for health plans a plus

Compensation:

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position will range from $105,000.00 - $130,000.00. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
