Member Service Representative

Member Service Representative for Credit Union located in Long Beach Hourly pay up to $21.00. Responsibilities/Qualifications for Member Service Representative: • Assist members that call in. • Provides information as requested on members’ accounts or credit union products and services. • Cross-sell credit union products and services to members as appropriate. • Assists members through the online banking registration process, including troubleshooting. • Assist with telephone transfers, wire transfers, check orders, stop payments, address changes and open new accounts. • Processes requests for copies of statements and checks. • Credit Union call service experience preferred. • Processes ATM/Debit/VISA ordering for lost/stolen reports as directed. Job Qualifications for Member Service Representative: • Minimum 1-2 years of Credit Union experience • Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and skills • computer proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel We are looking to hire ASAP!
