Member Support Supervisor

What you’ll do:

• Participate in all responsibilities listed for Member Support Leads as needed
• Overseeing member support representatives performance (metrics/quality/compliance/coaching)
• Responsible for the daily schedule of your team to ensure adequate coverage to meet our member’s needs
• Reporting performance records and evaluations to HR and senior management
• Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met
• Responsible for reviewing and approving time cards for your team in ProLiant
• Work closely with the Director of Member Relations to ensure all training needs of your team are being met
• Support recruiting efforts of the member support team through reviewing applications and conducting interviews as needed
• Closely monitor the PrizePicks experience email to ensure all members are being addressed in a timely manner
• Process member email edit requests in a timely manner

• Atlanta, GA ( remote but must be Atlanta based)
