PrizePicks is looking for an experienced Member Support Team Lead to join our Member Experience Team. This is a great opportunity to join our growing company and make a difference in the fantasy sports industry!
What you’ll do:- Participate in all responsibilities listed for Member Support Representatives as needed
- Lead the member support team by example through complying with all processes and SOPs and delivering a world class member experience in every interaction
- Receive and resolve any member interactions escalated by member support representatives per the escalation protocol
- Supporting efforts around the accumulation of metric as requested by Supervisors and Directors
- Responding to member reviews across various platforms (App Store, Google Play Store, etc.)
- Processing Velocity Limit Request in a timely manner
- Processing Member Entry Limit Request in a timely manner
- Updating member account status as directed by Risk Management
- Support the activities of the Member Retention team as it relates to member promotion eligibility
- Notify Late Night Operations of necessary shift endorsements
- Mastery of all Member Support Representative activities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Time management and organizational skills
- Able to work successfully in a team environment
- High degree of integrity
- 5 day weekly availability covering 40 hours per week
- Holiday and Big Game day availability
