Essential Functions:
Membership Operations
β’ Drive recruitment and retention efforts in collaboration with the Director of Membership
β’ Develop and manage Membership Touchpoint Maps, workflows, and campaign calendars
β’ Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations
β’ Manage the department calendar to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
Event & Tradeshow Coordination
β’ Plan and manage trade show logistics including booth setup, marketing materials, staff scheduling and travel
β’ Collaborating with Marketing on campaigns and event promotions
Data & Reporting
β’ Ensure data accuracy and CRM integrity with the Data Analyst
β’ Generate regular membership reports for leadership
β’ Manage Basecamp projects and workflows within internal database
β’ Assist with grievance and review coordination with senior leadership
Member Engagement
β’ Respond to member and prospect inquiries
β’ Identify and implement automation tools to improve communication
β’ Represent AGS at industry events (some travel, evenings, and weekends required)
Competencies:
β’ Excellent organizational and project management skills
β’ Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
β’ Effective written and verbal communication
β’ Experience supervising staff or contractors
β’ Strong customer service mindset
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, association management systems (AMS), and learning management systems (LMS)
Education and Experience
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a business-related field required.
β’ 5β7 years of membership operations and management experience (nonprofit preferred)
Position offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability and company-matched 401(k) contributions.
Regular work schedule is 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. Additional hours will be required with this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
