Mental Health Counselor

EverMind is looking for in-person or remote counselor to add to our team! We partner with residential and long term care facilities to provide wrap around mental health services. We offer competitive pay and little to no no-shows due to the population we serve. This will allow you to help those who need it most and maximize your income.

*Location: Boise, ID (preferred) or Remote

*Schedule: Flexible (part-time or full-time; choose your own schedule)

*Pay: $30-$50/hr

About EverMind: EverMind is a mental health agency that specializes in long term and residential care.  This includes independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, group homes, HART homes, and other residential care settings. By partnering with these facilities, we improve collaboration within the care team, provide more accurate diagnosis, and provide the most evidence based mental health treatments. Through our relationship with each facility, we hope to prolong independence, improve quality of life, and reduce caregiver fatigue in both nursing staff and family members.

Responsibilities:

- Provide psychotherapy for clients with psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues.

- Complete CDA’s as required by insurance providers

- Complete master treatment plans and other required documentation necessary for quality client care and billing purposes within a timely manner

- Develop and implement individual treatment plans and maintain up-to-date records within agency EHR program.

- Coordinate services for clients with the facility and with other team members (e.g PMHNPs, PCPs, and CBRS workers)

- Supervise CBRS workers as needed 

Qualifications:

- Current licensure in Idaho or Oregon (or willing to become licensed)

- Maintain State licensure requirements and remain in good standing for the duration of employment

- Must be able to pass enhanced background check through the Department of Health and Welfare.
